Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Akheri, we bring the soulful craft of Lucknow to your doorstep. Because all of our pieces are hand-finished, we take extra care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Timelines

Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, prepaid orders usually reach their destination in 4-5 business days and COD orders take 6-8 days. However, Akheri uses third-party logistic services and has no control over the delivery timelines after the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India above ₹1500. Below that, a nominal fee of ₹99 is charged.

COD Orders: A nominal fee of ₹149 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders to cover secure handling.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your Akheri heirloom is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure the safety of our handcrafted products, we kindly request you to be available at the time of delivery.

Verification: We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatching.

Refusal: Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the account being restricted for future COD purchases.

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. For your safety, we recommend filming a quick Unboxing Video to help us resolve any transit issues quickly. Damaged complaints without proof will not be accepted.
