Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Akheri, we bring the soulful craft of Lucknow to your doorstep. Because many of our pieces are hand-finished, we take extra care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Timelines

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  

• Once dispatched, domestic orders usually reach their destination in:
  

• Prepaid : 4–6 business days.
  

• COD: 6-8 business days.
  
  

2. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India above ₹1500. A nominal charge of ₹99 is charged for orders below ₹1500.
  

• COD Orders: A nominal fee of ₹150 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders to cover secure handling.
  
  

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your Akheri heirloom is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can monitor your package every step of the way from our warehouse in Lucknow to your home.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure the safety of our handcrafted products, we kindly request you to be available at the time of delivery.

• Verification: We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatching.
  

• Refusal: Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the account being restricted for future COD purchases.
  
  

5. Damaged/Lost Packages

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at apoorva.akheri@gmail.com/+91 84708 75891. For your safety, we recommend filming a quick Unboxing Video to help us resolve any transit issues quickly.
